User is not able to see any account summary on an invoice.
You can control this setting at two levels- global and project.
1. Go to the Global Settings-Billing screen.
2. Check the 'Show Account Summary at the Bottom of an Invoice' option. This displays the account summaries at the bottom of your invoices.
3. Click on the Apply icon on the right to apply this setting to existing invoices.
4. At the project level, go to the Project-Detail screen.
5. In the Rules section, check the 'Show Account Summary on Invoices' option. You can customize the invoice layout per project by showing or hiding the account summary.
