User is getting the HTTP 403.14 error.
It seems that the Default Document is not configured for use in the IIS Manager.
Open the IIS Manager, click on your server name (first line on the left pane) and then click to open Default Document under IIS.
On this page, select the default.aspx option.
Note: If this option is not present in the list, then to add it by clicking Add on the right.
