User is not able to change some of the time entries in BillQuick. It displays a message:
If you are not able to change the time entries, try the following to resolve the issue:
- Click Refresh on the time entry screen (Sheet View, Simple Time Card or Calendar View).
- Close Billing Review before you can change time entries.
- From the Utilities menu > Optimize, run each of the optimize options.
If you are still not able to change the entries, they may be locked for editing because someone else is in the process of billing them or about to bill them. You can confirm this from the color of the time entries. By default, the color of locked entries is dark gray. You can change it in the User Preferences-Appearance screen to any other color to be more distinguishable from others, say pink.
