Project Control feature in Web Suite or BillQuick Online allows you to restrict projects that an employee can see while recording time and expense entry. To implement that:
1. Open the Project Control screen.
2. Search for the desired Project.
3. Make sure that Employee is selected for the assignment option.
4. Check the employees you want to assign to the project and then click Save.
Only the relevant projects will be available to the employees when entering time and expense.
Note: If no employees are assigned to a particular project, then this project will have no restrictions on who can enter time/expense against it. After you assign an employee, then the restrictions comes into play.
