When selecting to preview a report or an invoice in BillQuick, user gets a message:
BillQuick cannot open the file location C:\.......
To resolve this issue, do the following:
- In BillQuick go to Settings>User Preferences>Folders panel.
- Specify the correct location of your reports and invoices by clicking the icon next to the Location field. This will open the browser. The typical locations are:
C:\Program Files\Billquick20xx\Invoices for invoices andC:\Program Files\Billquick20xx\Reports for reports -
Select the one you want and click Open.

Save these settings.

You may need to restart BillQuick at this time. When BillQuick is open you should be able to properly view your reports/invoices.
