This happens whenever there is no server license information currently entered. Note that the server license may sometimes be purposefully removed by an update. This is sometimes necessary due to the extensive changes contained in some updates.

Re-entering the server license in ArchiOffice, followed by a reboot of the server, will correct this issue.
