User is unable to save the date in ArchiOffice Mobile

Problem: User is unable to save the date in the ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice Mobile app on the Android phone. The Date field  remains empty after the save action.

Cause: The reason for the issue can be the usage of special characters in the login password.

Solution: Please update your ArchiOffice login password and keep it without any special characters like $ % or (). You can use letters, numbers, hyphens, underscores, spaces and a combination of these. Although the web version of ArchiOffice allows the use of special characters in the passwords now, we still recommend not to use these special characters.
