Technical support is available 7 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Technical Support is FREE for the first 30 days after your purchase. Thereafter, you can purchase a yearly support contract.

Before you call BQE Software:
1. Find out which version of BillQuick or any other product you are using. This information can be obtained from the Help menu, About.
2. Know which operating system you are using.
3. Save all your work. Our support engineer may ask you to restart your computer.
4. If you are using SQL backend, you need to have access to the computer hosting the SQL server.
