Login failed for BillQuickSQL user

Problem: Login failed for user BillQuickSQL. After upgrading BillQuick from a previous version using an SQL backend, the BillQuickSQL user is receiving login failed error when connecting to the database.

Login Failed

Cause: The BillQuickSQL account did not get properly assigned to your new database.

Solution: Follow the steps below to assign the BillQuickSQL user to your SQL database:

1. Open BillQuick on the computer that is connected to your updated database.
2. Go to Utilities menu > Optimize.
3. Run the Optimize Other Tables option.
4. Once completed, you should be able to use the BillQuickSQL login with the default admin password to connect BillQuick to your SQL database.
