Projects are not generating invoices

Problem: In ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 2010/2011, any non-numeric value (e.g., Due Now) selected as an interest term for a project is not recognized. As a result, the project does not generate an invoice.

Do the following to verify that the value selected as an interest term in Billing Options for the problem project is a numeric value (e.g., 0, 30, 60, etc.).
1. In ArchiOffice, click Projects on the Navigation bar.
2. Double click the project with the invoice problem to access the Detail View.
3. Click the Billing tab and then click Options.
4. Click Interest.
5. If the Interest Terms is set to “Due Now”, change it to a numeric value and your invoice will generate.
Previously, ArchiOffice v8 would allow a non-numeric value in the Interest Terms field and interpret it as “0”. V8 users that have converted to ArchiOffice 2011 may encounter this invoicing problem because the value transferred over with project records and is no longer recognized as a valid interest term selection.
If this procedure does not resolve the issue, please contact Support for further assistance: support@archioffice.com.
